Clik here to view. When Williams-Sonoma and Fortessa ask you to hang out with them in Sonoma for a few days, you respond with a big huge YES! It was an honor to attend the event hosted by Williams-Sonoma and Fortessa at The Fairmont, with some of my favorite bloggers in the industry!! Fortessa, a fabulous, family-owned dinnerware company teamed up with Williams-Sonoma to host their Coming Home to Sonoma trip and it was a jam packed, 2-day event, full of food, wine, a cooking demo and more!
One of the highlights for me was our cooking demo and tour at the brand new Williams-Sonoma store in Sonoma, where the original store opened 1956! The company did a wonderful job showcasing the history of the store and made it into more of a community center where cooking classes are held. The back patio is a gorgeous area to relax and the house behind the shop, (where Charles Williams’ mother lived!), was turned into the most beautiful home store.
I also loved the wine and gardens at Silver Oak Cellars. When I have the space for raised garden beds, I am definitely modeling them after theirs! They had one full of edible flowers and they use cocoa shells for mulch, which smell amazing!!
Of course, staying at the Fairmont and having their famous chefs cook for us and getting a complimentary spa treatment was a highlight too!!
Everyone, from Fortessa, Williams-Sonoma and the Fairmont were incredibly generous, nice and such fun people to hang out with! We had a really wonderful time and I can’t wait to share more on how much I’m OBSESSED I am with Fortessa!! I took this photo of my brand new copper flatware, which was very popular with our readers. More on this coming soon!! See more photos on Instagram under the hashtag, #findingfortessa.
